xd99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and xd99 ("Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all services offered through xd99.bio, including casino games, sports betting, crash games, and all promotional offers.

xd99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the xd99 platform immediately.

1. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with xd99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep your account details current at all times.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the xd99 platform. Registering multiple accounts under any circumstances — including using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being closed.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. xd99 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
• You must notify xd99 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• xd99 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy policy. xd99 will notify you before any dormancy fee is applied.

xd99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm the platform or other players.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

xd99 supports a range of local and international payment methods for funding your account and withdrawing your winnings. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposits

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted by xd99 without prior notice.
• xd99 does not accept cash deposits. All deposits must be made through the supported digital payment methods listed in the cashier.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. xd99 may request identity verification before releasing a withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to verification requirements.
• Any balance derived from funds deposited by a third party, or from suspected fraudulent activity, may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

xd99 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who hold a verified, single xd99 account. Players suspected of creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times will have all associated accounts closed.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account without notice.
• xd99 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time at its sole discretion, including in cases where it suspects the offer is being abused.

Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the rollover requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xd99 platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud, including using stolen payment credentials
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction made to xd99 through your payment provider while retaining winnings generated from that deposit
• Using offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in any communication channel associated with xd99, including live chat and support tickets

xd99 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities. Any funds identified as connected to fraudulent or criminal activity will be withheld and may be remitted to the appropriate authority.

6. Responsible Gaming

xd99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All registered players have access to the following self-management tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) to control how much you add to your xd99 balance
• Session time reminders and cooling-off periods to help you take breaks from gambling activity

7. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any xd99 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of xd99 intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

xd99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xd99 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall xd99, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. xd99's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Amendments to These Terms

xd99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, xd99 will notify registered players by posting an updated version of these Terms on the platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the xd99 platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you object to any changes, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
